Grilled Cheese and Kimchi Toastie

Preparation, Make 2 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 thick slices Promise Gluten Free Rustic White Sourdough
  • 4 slices mature cheddar
  • 2 tbsp kimchi
  • Sricha sauce
  • 1 oz butter
STEPS
STEP 1

Layer up a slice of cheese and some kimchi on each slice of bread. Drizzle over some Sricha sauce. Sandwich together.

STEP 2

Melt the butter in a large frying pan and when it starts to foam add the sandwiches and cook on both sides until golden brown.

STEP 3

Allow to cool a little on a piece of kitchen roll.

STEP 4

Cut in half and serve.
